Introduction:

The tubular heating element newly developed by Zhuhai Huiyou Electronics Co., Ltd. is a new generation of electric heating element made of 96% alumina ceramics through high temperature sintering! Compared with the traditional alloy electric heating pipe, the ceramic electric heating pipe developed by our company has greater market potential, mainly reflected in fast heating speed, long service life, small size, large power, stable performance, corrosion resistance, and no heavy metal. Therefore, this kind of electric heating pipe has a wide range of applications, including mold heating tube, mechanical equipment heating tube, dry burning heating tube, air auxiliary heating element, etc.


1.Ceramic Tube is The Good Choice for Mold Die Steel Heating 

The mold heating industry has very high requirements for dry-fired electric heating tubes, and it is difficult for ordinary alloy electric heating tubes to meet the market demand. However, mold heating basically requires small size and large power of heating elements, which is the characteristics of our ceramic heating tubes. Moreover, in view of the universality of the industry, our current electric heating tube products are all concentrated in the size of 150 mm in length and less than 30 mm in diameter, and the power is basically in the range of 400 - 800 W, directly using 220V voltage. The heating speed of the mold using ceramic electric heating tube is very fast, and it can be used for a long time without burning out (under the condition of stable voltage). Moreover, when the temperature rises, the power of ceramic heater elements will drop. For example, when a 600W electric heating pipe is heated to 800 ℃, the actual power may only be 400~500W, or lower!


2.Why Ceramic Heating Element Performer is More Reliable

In industrial equipment, electric heating is the most common heating method, and is also an important symbol of modern chemical plants. Common products include electric sealing machine, tin melting furnace, electric soldering iron, hot melt glue gun and other products. Before the ceramic heating element, we used the heating wire or alloy heating element as the heating part of mechanical equipment, but the problem is also obvious. The basic life of the equipment using alloy heating element is relatively short, and the heating speed is not ideal. The phenomenon of aging of the heating wire over a long period of time is increasingly common, leaving a potential safety hazard for mechanical equipment using metal heating element.

With the increasing specifications of ceramic heating elements developed by Zhuhai Huiyou Electronics Co., Ltd., many manufacturers have begun to accept this ceramic heating element to replace the traditional metal heating element. In contrast,  the heating strip used by the sealing machine, when the ceramic heating piece developed by our company is used as the main heating element, the heating speed is faster, and it can reach more than 100 ℃ in 10 seconds. Moreover, the acid and alkali resistance and aging resistance of alumina ceramics greatly extend the service life and application range of the sealing machine.


3.The Air auxiliary Heater Adopts Ceramic Heating Elements That Can Be Dry-fired for A Long Time

Electric heating elements made of metal materials are easily damaged once they are dry burned for a long time. Even if the heating temperature is not high, it is easy to oxidize, so the service life is greatly reduced. However, for the cost of alloy heating elements is very low, there are still many air auxiliary heaters mainly based on alloy heating elements on the market, and they can only be used when the heating temperature is not high. In case of extreme heating requirements, we can only use ceramic heating elements developed by our company at present. First, the surface of the heating element and the heating wire will not be oxidized. Second, the alumina ceramic has high power density and fast heating speed. It is generally used in industrial fields, such as bottle blowing industry. The ceramic heating pipe can be dry-fired for a long time above 700 ℃. The heating area with infrared radiation coating can rapidly increase the temperature of the surrounding air, but pay attention not to sudden cold, which may lead to cracks in the outlet line of the pipe wall and affect the use.
